Shalivahana Projects Limited, the
flagship Company of Shalivahana Group is a Board managed Company.
The Company is ably supported by the following key managerial personal who are highly qualified and having vast experience in their respective fields.
The Board consists of the following eminent members

- Shri M KOMARAIAH – CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
He is a graduate in Civil engineering and the driving force of Shalivahana group. He has taken over the mantle of the group in the year 1984-85 and from then on he has been instrumental in diversifying the group in to the fields of Power generation, Engineering, Education etc. His technical expertise coupled with business acumen has seen the group reaching number of milestones and the business increased multifold. His unending search for new avenues for further expansion of business has not only opened up the opportunities for new ventures but also created substantial interest in the strategic partners for investment in the group.
- Shri I. RAJABABU – DIRECTOR
He is a Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years experience in Real Estate and 7 years of experience in managing a 7.5 MW biomass based power project at Mancherial, Adilabad district of Andhra Pradesh.
- Shri D. MURALI KRISHNA – VICE- PRESIDENT – PROJECTS
He is a Graduate in Chemical Engineering, Post Graduate in Mineral Processing and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He has wide experience of over 30 years in different fields out of which he has worked for 18 years in Mining Organizations like Pyrites, Phosphate and Chemicals Ltd and Bharat Gold Mine Ltd. He is responsible for implementation of various projects of the group.
- Shri V. M. KISHORE – GENERAL MANAGER- PROJECTS
He is graduate in Industrial Organization. He has been working in the Group for the last 8 years. He is a go-getter and manages the pre-project activities of various projects in a most efficient way. His liaisoning skills and the art of persuasion makes difficult jobs look easier.
- Shri K. JOGARAO – GENERAL MANAGER – FINANCE
He is a Charted Accountant by profession and worked in very large corporate houses. He has attained vast experience in dealing with Financial Institutions/Banks. He is working in this organization for the last 6 years. He is key player in getting Financial Closures for various on going projects in the group.
- Shri K.SAMMAIAH – GENERAL MANAGER- OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
He is Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. He has more than 35 years of experience in Various Industries. He has worked more than 20 years in Oil Plants in Arab Countries. He Plays a major roll in implementation of the biomass projects.
- Shri S.SATISH REDDY – GENERAL MANAGER- MKTG(Real Estate)
He is a Graduate in Commerce. He has more than 40 years of experience in Real Estate. He plays a major roll in Real Estate activities of the Group.
- Shri AJAY CHAUHAN – MANAGER – MARKETING
He is a Graduate and having more than 15 years association with Shalivahana Group. He is mainly responsible for identification of various properties for development and Marketing in Real Estate department.
- Shri B.NARASIMHA REDDY – MANAGER
He is a Graduate in Law as well as Business Administration and having excellent knowledge and experience in legal and Administrative of the Company.
- Shri B.BHASKAR RAO – HEAD OF THE DEP – CIVIL
He is a Graduate in Civil Engineering and he has over 10 years of experience in Irrigation Projects and other construction works. He will play a major role in civil constructions of various project.
- Shri KRISHNA – PLANT MANAGER
He has done Diploma in Mechanical. He is working as Plant Manager at grpoup’s 7.5 MW biomass based power project at Mancherial for the last 4 years. He is responsible for maintenance and operation of the plant.
- Shri AYUB PATAN – PLANT MANAGER
He is a diploma holder in industrial Fermentation and Alcohol technology. He has an experience of over 10 years in Process & production. He is the Plant In charge for the group’s Ethanol plant.
- Shri L.V. RAMACHANDRAN– MANAGER PROJECT FINANCE
An Economic Graduate with over 20 years of experience in Project Finance Treasury and Stock Market Operations. He is responsible for Structuring of Project Finance and Day-to-Day Administration.
